When one the world's largest Healthcare technology and services companies wanted to roll out a lean problem solving initiative across their global product management team, but getting hundreds of team members together across dozens of product segments was logistically impossible and would have required a multi-million dollar budget. Fused helped respond to this challenge with a learning strategy that enabled teams to learn lean problem solving in a blended virtual environment and then work together to apply lean principles to their area of business with the support of subject experts to guide them through the process.
