How we've helped others
When one the world's largest Healthcare technology and services companies wanted to roll out a lean problem solving initiative across their global product management team, but getting hundreds of team members together across dozens of product segments was logistically impossible and would have required a multi-million dollar budget. Fused helped respond to this challenge with a learning strategy that enabled teams to learn lean problem solving in a blended virtual environment and then work together to apply lean principles to their area of business with the support of subject experts to guide them through the process.

This model minimizes structured time-out-of-field by using pre-work sessions that get participants up-to-speed on their own time, a concentrated live or virtual workshop, and post workshop sustainment tools that help support learner implementation on-the-job.

Self-Paced Virtual

"Classic" Online Virtual Learning. Participants complete online modules sequentially, each topic building on the previous topic. This learning model is entirely self-paced, does not rely on a facilitator, and enables each learner a flexible timeline for completing the materials.

Synchronous Social
